| We partnered with Rittenhouse because he's a prime example of the Free Man we're seeking to equip: those who want to protect themselves and others in the midst of chaos. He gained national attention when, during the Kenosha riots of 2020 (identified as "mostly peaceful protests" by the mainstream media). Why was he there?
Because he was asked to be there. He was protecting a friend's business. What was he doing? While he did come armed, he did not come to brawl. He came to protect. He spent much of his time putting out fires, etc. Why was he attacked? Rosenbaum, his first attacker, had been in a frenzy that night. Rittenhouse was his target of choice. The other foes identified him as an enemy shortly after.
One claimed he thought Rittenhouse was a "mass shooter." Questionable since Rittenhouse had only shot Rosenbaum at that point. Not going berserk on crowds of people.
