Is Your Bong Water Trying to Tell You Something?

Here are 3 signs it's time for a change:

1. The Color Test

If your water has gone from clear to cloudy, yellow, or (yikes) green, that's not "character." That's bacteria having a party in your bong.

2. The Smell Test

Take a whiff before you light up. If it smells musty, sour, or just off, your water's been sitting too long and you're about to taste it.

3. The Film Test

See a filmy layer on top of the water, or gunk clinging to the inside of the glass? That's residue and buildup that should've been dumped sessions ago.

Notice any of these? Time to dump it, rinse it, and refill it. Every single session, not just when it's visibly disgusting.

Stagnant bong water is warm, wet, and full of organic material, making it a five-star resort for mold spores, which can start growing in as little as a few hours.

Quick Clean, Big Difference

Empty it out, add a splash of isopropyl alcohol and coarse salt, cover the openings, and give it a good shake. Rinse thoroughly with warm water until you can't smell the alcohol anymore, then let it air dry.
