There’s anticipation in the air this week. 250 years of this miraculous, brilliantly unique country. The feeling right now is gratitude. |

Second… remember the morning after the 2024 election?? That exhale. That sense history had paused, looked down, and decided to turn away from something dark. |
We’re not out of the woods yet. A technological earthquake is here that could free us or chain us. A far-left wing that says "democratic socialist" in public and "communist" among themselves is more popular than ever. And a slice of the Right is now locking arms with them over a shared hatred of Israel. |

The fight isn't over. It may never be. |
But yet, this week… |
The mainstream press all paused to say what the rest of us already know: that this nation has done more than any other in human history to protect freedom. |
Maybe it took half the world flying in for the World Cup and falling in love with America to shame them into admitting it. |
It feels nice. Like the way things are supposed to be. |
As if everyone believed, for a moment, what we've believed all along: |
America is a gift that exists because God chose to grace us with it. The founding was divinely inspired. America is good and worth fighting for with everything we have.
