If you’ve been going the extra mile for your health, but still feel like you’re coming up short, there’s a reason why:
,
Picture your kitchen counter for a moment.
The vitamins lined up by the coffee maker. The fish oil. The magnesium your neighbor swore by.
Add in the morning walks, the leafy greens and the earlier bedtimes. You're doing so much right.
So why does your body still feel tired, achy and slow to bounce back?
Know this: your effort isn't the issue. And neither is your age.
Think of those vitamins as good seeds and your body as the soil. Seeds need more than soil to grow. They also need sunlight and water.
That's where your nervous system comes in.
You see, when stress keeps your nervous system on high alert from morning to night, it becomes stuck in what’s known as a sympathetic state. It’s your “fight-or-flight survival mode” where sleep becomes difficult, digestion is disrupted and blood pressure builds.
Being stuck in that sympathetic state is like week after week of grey skies and drought. The seeds are planted, but very little can grow.
The solution is to shift your nervous system to the parasympathetic state - the “relaxation and recovery mode” where the body feels safe and can begin letting resources flow where they’re supposed to.
That's why we created Mind-Body Total Rejuvenator.
