Hi,
Trying something new this Sunday. Instead of my usual three deep dives, I'm giving you five quick ones — skim what you want, read what grabs you. Either way, you'll know everything I know in about two minutes. 1. THE STARTING LINEThis weekend was the Leadville 100 Run. 100 miles, all above 10,000 feet. One athlete on that start line was Matthew Bickel, who began his journey at 532 pounds. Yesterday he lined up at less than half that weight to take on what I'd argue is one of the hardest endurance events in the world. He covered 50 miles — and along the way PR'd his marathon and his 50K.
There's no athlete I get to support who is more inspiring or more positive. Matthew was a longtime Feed customer before we ever supported him directly, and he's told me fueling has been the key to his weight loss. But what really matters is how he puts it: "Half the size, but twice the man."
Matt made it to the starting line at Leadville and that was the race that counted. Take 30 seconds to see what happened next, and be inspired:

2. I'M PUTTING SLEEP ON SALE
It's been just over a year since we launched Dream Shot — millions of nights of sleep later, I want to double the number of athletes using it. I built Dream Shot around the 6 ingredients we saw actually working for sleep. Not 12, not 20. Six, at large, effective doses.
Sleep is hard to improve, so I won't tell you it works for everyone. But something about our athlete population makes it work unusually well: over 50% reported better sleep scores, and 69% said they felt they slept better. The formula targets the three places athletes struggle — falling asleep, staying asleep, and getting more deep REM recovery sleep.
Here's the deal: 3 free nights with any $100 order, or stock up at 50% off right now.
😴 Dream shot also comes in a Sugar Free option now and is NSF Certified for Sport.
3. A BREAKFAST SHAKE, HOLD THE B.S.
About five years ago I got hooked on a shake called Kyoku as my daily breakfast. It kept me satiated for hours without leaving me feeling stuffed. I wasn't alone — Chris Froome (7-time Grand Tour winner) used it before his training rides for the same reason.
Today I'm launching the new Kyoku. We increased the protein to 30g with the highest-quality mix of isolate and concentrated whey with collagen, then added 5g of creatine and 2.5g of PeptiStrong®, the peptide that helps increase muscle synthesis (I find it increases my lean body mass). This isn't a B.S. greens shake or a miracle powder with 80 ingredients. It's real food and real ingredients that also happen to taste really good.
Mix it with water or any milk — I prefer to blend mine, and you can grab a free portable blender with yours.

4. BYOB (BUILD YOUR OWN BUNDLE)
Last week I launched our Gel Bundle Builder and Chew Bundle Builder. Today: the Hydration Bundle Builder.
The Feed was built on single servings — something nobody else offers, certainly not with our selection — because we hated choking down six identical gels of the same flavor, one after another. Same goes for hydration. Whether you're building a bundle to try new things or mixing flavors and formulas to keep fueling interesting, you're going to love this.
Even better: the more you add, the more I throw in for free.

5. WHOOP WITHOUT THE SUBSCRIPTION?
Nutrition is our bread and butter, but a few years ago we added gear for the holidays — and athletes loved earning Feed Credit on gear to get free food. Gear sells for the same price everywhere, so Feed Credit is how we sweeten the deal without breaking the rules. We've sold Garmin watches, COROS heart rate straps, even Shokz headphones. Way more than I ever expected.
But nothing tops the new Garmin Cirq band. This is Garmin's Whoop killer, and we've sold more of these in a few weeks than all our gear sales combined. They're moving so fast we have to limit you to 2. Some colors are in stock and ready to ship; others arrive in a few days.
Today is also our Summer Gear Sale — save up to $150 on tons of other top gear.

Hope you liked the new format — hit reply and tell me.
Now let's get out there and enjoy what's left of these hot training days.
