The Transfer Portal officially opened at midnight on April 7, kicking off the shortest window in college basketball history. With just 14 days before the April 21 deadline, programs don't have much time to waste. On3's Joe Tipton has already been speaking with sources and has early intel on the teams to watch for the top 10 transfer targets to watch this cycle.
The names at the top of On3's Transfer Portal Rankings include Wake Forest G Juke Harris, Kansas C Flory Bidunga, and Georgia C Somto Cyril, among others. These impact players are drawing interest from blue-blood programs across the Big Ten, Big 12, SEC, and ACC.
The recruitment picture is still taking shape, but Tipton has identified the programs making the earliest moves and the schools with real advantages based on existing relationships. This list will only get more competitive from here.
